We have two new exciting openings in our Accounts teams at Wolseley in our Ripon office! We are looking for Trainee Accountants to join us on a flexible hybrid working basis including 2 days a week remotely.

In addition to being trained in day to day processes in a thriving, busy accounts department, you will also be offered full study support and development, leading to a professional accounting qualification with one of the UK’s leading institutions.

These opportunities would suit people interested in becoming a Qualified Accountant – ACCA/CIMA/ACA and we are open to people who may have started their studies already or are looking to begin their journey.

Up for the challenge? Here’s what we’d like you to have:

Passionate about Accounting and Finance, previous experience in a Finance role or educated to degree level in the relevant field

Keen to build a career and become a qualified Accountant

*

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, analytical mindset and attentional to detail

*

Good communication skills and ability to challenge, influence and build relationships with various stakeholders
