Credit Controller

Credit Controller- responsibilities:
Communicating with commercial customers through various channels
Resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively
Identifying root cause and process improvement opportunities
Billing and payment reviews
Liaise with other business areas for resolution support Credit Controller – experience:
Experience in a credit controller position
Previous experience in the Energy sector
Strong communication skills
Experience with dealing with high volume collections
Strong negotiating and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and able to work well under pressure Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid working)
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000
