Job Description
Customer Support Associate

We are a dynamic global financial services company based in London looking to add a Customer Support Associate to our Team. You would assist both existing and prospective clients on how to make the most of our offerings. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with outstanding organizational skills and attention to details who thrives working in a fast-paced team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to gain broad knowledge and exposure to financial markets as well as gain valuable experience in various aspects of business administration. Basic salary + discretionary bonus. Full time position.

Skills/Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An exceptional and professional telephone manner, the confidence to build and develop good relationships with clients

• Italian language fluency at mother tongue level plus excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Fluency in a further language would be beneficial.

• Highly organized and efficient, very strong attention to details, approaching routine tasks with the same degree of care and professionalism as more demanding assignments

• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Interest or experience in online financial trading (Forex, CFDs, Spread Betting) and MT4 Trading Platform is desired.

• A real desire and ambition to succeed, positive and proactive attitude, self-motivation

• Goal oriented and sales attitude (no hard selling / cold calling)

• Ability to work under pressure and to learn quickly

• A dynamic and effective team player with strong work ethics

• Unrestricted work authorization in the UK. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Accurately answering prospective clients’ questions about the products and services

• Support new clients with the account opening procedure and set up of the required platform

• Help the Team with KYC checks and back office routines

• Assisting with client inquiries over phone and email
