Vibrance has a rewarding opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our exceptional team in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,045 – £25,814 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Payroll Officer role:
Vibrance Self Directed Support (SDS) Services provide information, advice and guidance, payroll and managed account services to enable people to have choice and control over how their health and social care needs are met. You can find out more on our dedicated website:
Working as part of our office-based team in Southend, you will deliver an efficient, effective, pro-active, client orientated payroll function for recipients of Direct Payments. For this reason, we especially welcome individuals with an understanding of the issues faced by people with disabilities.
Your key responsibilities as Direct Payments Payroll Officer will include:
End to end processing of payroll for employers of Personal Assistants in receipt of Direct Payments including salary, HMRC and pension calculations
Liaising with various stakeholders including employers, PAs, funding organisations (both health and social care), HMRC and pension providers
Maintaining data protection and adhering to GDPR legislation
Skills and experience of our ideal Direct Payments Payroll Officer:
Experience of running end to end payroll
Strong customer service experience
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail
Intermediate/advance Excel skills
Commitment to empowering disabled and older people
