Job Title: Contract Support
To provide exceptional stakeholder service and comprehensive financial and administrative services to the client and the Management Reporting Team. In order to be successful in the role it is key that the Contract Support understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standards

Responsibilities

Providing support to the project managers in creation of Project J&A and setting up projects in dynamics ensuring that financial dimensions and budget is correctly recorded.

Managing the purchase orders including, raising, chasing approvals, arranging invoice upload, posting out of the pool

Maintaining the PO trackers for invoices raised and those in the approval chain.

Regularly Reviewing open Purchase Orders with Project managers.

Liaising with supplier relationship managers and suppliers regarding outstanding debt.

Assisting the Project Managers in the management of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, WIP and debt.

Ownership of Projects invoice pool including weekly reporting, liaising with project managers and suppliers and running project on clearing historic items in invoice pool.

Reconciliation of invoices to supplier statements.

Generating sales invoices in Dynamics and Isupplier.

Attending contract reviews.

Drive high quality financial performance to influence P&L result.

Policy and procedure compliance.

Assisting in Ad hoc queries.
Building Relationships

Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships.

Organise regular meetings with key relationship managers and stakeholders.

Positively respond to both our internal and external customers (often in a matrix environment) through effective communication and personal accessibility/credibility.

Processes, Procedures and Reporting

Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently.

Deliver the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies.

Demonstrate knowledge of procedures and processes and deliver these to the required standard.

Success Measures

Managing the purchase orders in an effective and timely manner.

Reduction of Invoice Pool including no invoice over contractual days unless exceptional circumstances.
Education

Hold academic passes with at least GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Higher educational qualifications to 'A' level (or equivalent)
Skills/Knowledge

Highly computer literate

Excel skills including VLOOKUP's, Pivot etc.

Organised and open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies
Experience/Aptitude

Previous experience of a service industry role

Been a part of a high-performing team.

Results/ task orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Self-motivated and ambitious

Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently

Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities
