Job Description
We’re recruiting on behalf of an established, and very successful IT company, who are focused on providing exceptional, tailor-made service to their clients.
This family ran company also understands the importance of valuing their employees and truly cares about their staff.
They are looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Administrator (20 Hours Per Week) where you will be responsible for duties such as:
Reconciling and settling accounts
Processing supplier invoices.
Supporting the department with raising purchase orders.
Support the team with ad hoc sales invoicing
Filing and general office administration where required.
The successful candidate MUST be proficient with Xero Accounting Software as well as Microsoft Excel.
Job Role Information:
Salary: £11.50 per hour / £23,920 (Pro Rata)
Working Hours: Wednesday & Thursday – 08:30am – 17:00pm / Friday 09:00am – 13:00pm (20 Hours Per Week)
