Job Description
FINANCIAL ADVISER – WEALTH MANAGEMENT PRACTICE – HYBRID ROLE – KENT – RETAINER + £50,000 OTE (UNCAPPED)
Our client, a partner for one of the UK’s leading Wealth Management companies is now seeking an experienced & qualified Financial Adviser to work for their busy Wealth Management Practice.
If you are a qualified Financial Adviser and are looking to join a busy and growing Wealth Management Practice, then this could be the role for you.
THE ROLE
* As a Financial Adviser / Financial Advisor you will provide holistic advice across a variety of different clients
* Support new business generation and the development of opportunities for the Practice
* You will be offered fifty clients initially which would come from the existing client bank. These will be active clients with contact details.
* Service existing clients within the Practice, ensuring quality service and retention of client relationships
* This is a hybrid Business Generation/Servicing role.
* This is a Hybrid working from Home and office role
* This is a Self-Employed role with the opportunity to grow your own client base.
* Our client offers a retainer for the first 12 months as well as being given an existing client bank to contact
THE PERSON
* The successful Financial Adviser / Financial Advisor MUST have similar experience with at least 12 to 18 months experience.
* Highly motivated with a strong desire to continue professional development
* Proven track record of acquiring and retaining clients
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning qualified
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Kent
* Have a full driving licence and your own car, suitable for client face to face meetings.
* A Paraplanner/Mortgage Adviser looking for a career change
* This role would suite a Financial Adviser/Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Wealth Manager, Wealth Management, Financial Advice or similar looking for their next career step
