Job Description
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE – TEAM LEADER

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our client that have a head office in St Albans but offices also in the US and Europe for a Accounts Payable Team Leader

To work for this company you will be encouraged to be “you” and will be supported and encouraged to continuously learn and grow within this dynamic organisation

Roles & Responsibilities

* Delegate workload to the Accounts Payable team

* Log transactions that come through on SAP

* Action any queries that require Team Leader support whether from Accounts Payable Team or general staff emails

* Make and record allocated transactions

* Construct new processes for the team when required

* Reconcile the bank accounts

* Prepare documents for month end and submit to Finance Supervisor and Financial Control-ler

* Tax code Reconciliation

* Analysis of gross profits

* Analysis of any GL ledger
