Job Description
Working with a very well-established company who operates within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector in the Stoke on Trent location.  Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support the current Accounts Manager, this varied role has excellent working hours, has a family feel to the business and is working in a small team.
  
Job Description:  

You will monitor a team of Accounts Assistants who are responsible for posting bank transactions, purchase and sales ledger, and funding and credit processes
Dealing with the day-to-day management of the team
Dealing with contract extensions and restructures to drive margins
Update banks with lease financial changes like restructures and extensions   Candidate Requirements:

Candidates must be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable, have a keen eye for detail and be experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous HR experience and knowledge of Syspro would be an advantage but not essential as would experience in an HR environment and GDPR compliant.
Accounts would also be an advantage but not essential
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Good sense of humour
Be confidential and professional Hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00 am – 4.30 pm Friday 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
Salary: £20,000 – £21,200 Per Annum
