Job Description
Account Payable Team Member
Location – Derby
Pay Rate: £10.53 per hour
Hours: 38 hours / 5 days per week; Monday to Friday 8.00-4.15 (Hybrid Working Pattern available after training)

We are excited to be recruiting for an Accounts Payable Team Member in Derby, with Hybrid working patterns available once your first week of training has been successfully completed.

What does the role involve?
Your role would sit within a team of 32 members and reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Lead, where you would form part of the Accounts Payable team.
No experience in a similar role is required, however, you will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced setting, as over 120,000 documents are processed per month within this role.
Some industry background is useful, but not essential.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
Data input into SAP and Coupa
Actioning output of reports
Undertaking ad hoc work as required
General Administrative tasks
Supporting process improvement activitiesSkills and Experience Required
Essential:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Numerate and be able to work to a high degree of accuracy
Customer service skills are required
Committed to service delivery
Strong people skills
Highly motivated and focused on meeting business commitmentsDesirable:
Some Experience of SAP or Coupa
