Customer Services – Office Based

£21,500 + bonus (OTE £27,500)

KESS Insurance Recruitment are working with a Large Financial Services Company based in Croydon.

We are helping our client with a recruitment drive to find multiple Customer Service professionals in the local area. My client intends to start the roles in early November 2022 which will consist of 4 weeks classroom and office based “shadowing” prior to the successful candidates working with their policyholders – this training period will be paid for.

The role is to assist and manage policyholders’ changes and amendments to their financial products and the role is in the main Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm and an occasional Saturday to 1pm – which if worked is paid as overtime on top of the basic salary.

Applicants form any type of background are welcomed also School and University leavers. My client is searching for people that are looking to begin or work and progress within an office environment, help their policyholders and are happy to work within in a friendly team.
