Job Description
No shift work, Dundee city centre based, 34 holidays a year, top market rates, study leave – these are just some of the great perks available to Customer Service Advisors working for this business.

Monday – Friday, core business hours only, £23,000 – £25,000 per annum.

In this role you will:
– Be responsible for assessing the quality and performance of contact teams who deal with existing and potential customers
– Monitor inbound and outbound calls and email responses to assess associate's demeanour, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company and regulated policies and procedures
– Assist with developing, creating and implementing contact centre quality processes and procedures
– Ensure appropriate levels of sign off are achieved as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training materials as required to enhance overall customer experience

If you have experience in a contact centre environment, ideally within financial services, and have a passion for delivering an exemplary customer experience, you could be the perfect candidate for this role.
