£30,000 – £40,000 + training + progression + benefits

You will be responsible for managing the renewal process, and retaining renewal business through extraordinary client support and service, developing insurer relationships and providing proactive administrative support. Through your technical expertise, and excellent communication skills, you will clearly understand the client's requirements and work in conjunction with the Account Director / Senior Account Handler to tailor an insurance programme accordingly.
The role:
Assisting Account Directors / Senior Account Handlers in retaining renewal business
Manage the renewal administration
Provide excellent customer service to a variety of clients
Advising on a range of existing productsThe person:
