Job Description
CMA HR Division is working with a fast paced business based in Reading, Berkshire to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will partner with a number of senior managers across the business to support them with their recruitment needs.

What will the role involve?

Ensuring that Hiring Managers are kept up to date with changes to our processes and or ATS/ hiring manager portal;
Working in conjunction with the Head of Resourcing to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service;
Provide advice, guidance and support to the Recruitment Officers as and when required;
Ensure that all Line Managers are aware of the process for recruiting both internally and externally;
Ensuring that the Recruitment Department is the single point of contact for all recruitment;
Provide systems support to the internal stakeholder and external suppliers;
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Hiring Managers and Account Directors;
Assisting with salary benchmarking as and when required;
Support Line Managers with the interview process;
Conduct telephone interviews;
Utilising internet job boards, paper based advertising and other non-agency recruitment channels;
CV shortlisting on all vacancies, providing regular feedback to the requesting manager of progress.
Suitable Candidate:

Will have worked in a recruitment position and have experience in an internal role in a fast paced organisation.
