Are you the experienced IFA administrator with a keen eye for detail we are looking to hire?

Can you play a key role at our company, help us to refine our processes and share your knowledge with the other team members?

We are looking for a technical administrator who is well versed in the workings of a busy financial planning practice. Whist experience is important, so is attitude. We are also keen to hear from you even if you haven't worked at an IFA for long, or you have gained some experience in another area of financial services. This role will involve working closely with our Director, gathering information and financial data, helping to set up client cases, liaising with product providers and dealing with paperwork. It's a critical role to ensure everything runs smoothly and our clients are delighted.

The main areas include:

* Maintaining client files, records and paperwork.

* Ensuring business is compliant and meets regulatory standards.

* Liaising with product providers and other team members.

* Collating information and documentation for clients cases.

* Diarising and checking for missing documentation and policy information.

* Completing and processing new business applications.

* Reconciling fee income and recording client time.

* Ensuring back-office systems are up to date.

* Ensuring processes are up to date and efficient.

* General accounting and preparing reports.

Essential Skills

* At least one years experience gained in a financial planning or wealth management business in an administration role.

* Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise.

* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines when required.

* Numerate, analytical, methodical with solid communication skills.
