Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced client services professional to join a highly-reputable wealth management firm in Sutton Coldfield.
What's the role?
Sitting within a back office team, your role will primarily be centered around the firm's clients – you will be their first point of contact and will be responsible for providing a first-class service throughout their journey with the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Arrange and prepare for review meetings
* Supporting the paraplanners and advisers with requirements
* Preparation for new client meetings
* Deal with any new business processing, changes/amendments to plans
* Arrange Bed & ISA transactions, rebalances of portfolios – including capital gains calculations, investigation of existing/legacy plans.
