Job Description
Ashley Kate are supporting a Leading Law firm in their search for a HR Business Intelligence Consultant on a 12 month FTC. This is a fully remote role with a salary of circa £50k.
The firm are undertaking a major, global system implementation project and this role will work closely with the HR Technology Business Intelligence Manager to define the requirements of project processes for Business Intelligence, and deliver on those requirements within the technology chosen.
The main duties will involve –
·Assist the HR BI Manager in developing and implementing the HR BI Strategy
·Develop a credible reporting change and delivery process with the HR BI Manager
·Create, interpret, and deliver meaningful workforce analytics
·Consider ways to avoid duplication and increase efficiency by reviewing requests for new or additional people reporting
·Enhance performance by leveraging external data insights
·Continuously seek ways to improve processes
Our company is seeking an experienced HR BI Consultant with extensive knowledge of HR and People reporting
technologies and practices. In a forward-looking organisation, this role would suit an experienced individual who has proven experience in understanding customer needs and delivering reports and business intelligence. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to demonstrate confidence, calm, and credibility, as well as your knowledge of commercial drivers.
Skills & Experience required
·Extensive knowledge of Excel
·A high level of awareness of GDPR and data governance
·An in-depth understanding of HR technologies
·Demonstrated skills in reporting technology
·The ability to drive positive change through a systemic approach to work, management, and leadership
·Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
·Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels
·A strong facilitation skill set
·Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
·Excellent analytical skills
·Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels
·Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
