Location – Stockport

£22k-26k OTE £35,000

Job Type: Full-time

Hours of work:

40.5 hours per week between the hours of:

9am – 8pm Mon -Thurs

9.30 am – 7pm Fri

Full Job Description

Due to huge success and additional workload we are seeking a credit controller to join their insolvency business. Our client are highly established in their field and due to work load are adding to their already successful team.

As a credit controller you will be responsible for all collections and payments, insolvency background isn’t essential.

Credit control duties: –

· Completed statutory Annual Reports

· Completed Variation and Completion/Termination Reports

· Dealing with incoming post from debtors and creditors including acknowledging complaints

· Taking incoming calls from debtors, creditors, and banks

· Making outgoing calls to debtors, creditors, and banks.

Experience and attributes required:

* Good telephone manner

* Able to objection handle to a high standard

* Willingness to make outbound calls

* Ambitious and willing to do more than bare minimums

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Works well within a team

* PC literate

* Confident

The successful candidate will need IVA experience and a proven background of hitting targets. You will be results driven, passionate and always demonstrate a professional approach to your work.
