About Us

MPL Claims Management is ERGO’s own in-house third-party administrator managing multi line claims including property, casualty, and motor for both its own and external customers.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable organisation who are looking for an ambitious, resilient, and talented individual to join the team, based at our head office in Colchester.

Our exciting opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a challenging environment, with a passion for providing the best customer service.

* Work closely with clients, customer and insurance providers building long lasting relationships.

* Investigate all claims, making the decision on liability, ensuring all evidence is gathered and recorded accurately.

* Take responsibility of the claims from start to completion including, processing, monitoring and negotiate settlement of claims.

* Provide knowledge of insurance and detailed claims management process.

* Work in line with SLAs ensure a timely service is delivery across the business.

* Demonstrate experience of policy wording, terms, and conditions.

Your skills and experience

* Passionate for providing the best customer service.

* Experience in managing a caseload of liability or personal injury claims.

* Professional communication skills
