Job Description
Finance Manager

Permanent

Wellingborough

£40k – £45k

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take full responsibility of the company finance function to ensure that all statutory & corporate regulations are adhered to within their appropriate time scales. To assist and provide advice to the board whenever necessary in the development and implementation of company strategy.

The duties of the Finance Manage will include but are not limited to:

Maintenance of company accounting system (Access Dimensions)
Monthly & quarterly reporting as required to Group Accountant
Production of the monthly management accounts to agreed time scales
Weekly cashflow reporting and management
Preparation of information required to assist auditors with statutory audit
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial reports as requested
Purchase ledger
Management of credit control
Company payroll information to 3rd Party and associated Inland Revenue compliance
Company VAT and associated Inland Revenue compliance
Maintain the Perpetual Inventory Database
Ensure all processes meet with Quality System procedures
Maintain and report agreed department Key Performance Indicators
Any ad hoc duties as and when required by the BoardTo be a successful Finance Manager you must be:

Prepared to be office based full time until probation has been passed. After this time, hybrid working will be considered.
Available to work the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
Comfortable working within a small team.
Willing to be supportive and take on additional duties from time to time i.e., help out with stock control and other ad hoc duties.
Experienced with using Access Dimensions.
Qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.OS1234
