Keid Consulting are currently representing a long standing client who are a major Supplier to the Telecoms Infrastructure arena.

Purpose of the role

To be responsible for delivering and administering Wireless payroll and benefits, including pension provision and health care. To produce insightful HR data and to have the ability to analyse trends. To administer changes in employee terms & conditions, including payroll changes. To support employee relations and have a sound HR foundation in policy and procedure.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete monthly payroll, End to End

• Produce Payroll and HR MI and analyse trends.

• HR Admin

• Changes in T&C

• Salary Increase

• Employee Relations

• Complete offers and contracts of employment

• Update org charts

• Become an in-house system superuser from an HR perspective.

• Support with payroll queries where necessary and manage the Payroll inbox.

• Working knowledge of HMRC rules and guidelin

Skills – Essential

• Experienced in HR system management or implementation

• Experience with Sage is essential.

• Must have knowledge of HR policies and procedure

• Knowledge of Visio is desirable

• five yrs+ HR experience

• Extensive payroll experience

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel, VISIO and specific inhouse software e.g. SiteLive)

• Excel proficient

• Ability to organise work in a timely and effective manner

• Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively, under pressure and towards tight deadlines

• Proven ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment

• Able to multi task on a variety of tasks working independently and, in a team, oriented, collaborative environment

Qualifications – Essential

• CIPD level 5

• Payroll Qualified- CIPP desirable
