Dragon School has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join their team.
Location: Bardwell Road, Oxford
Salary: Circa £17,000 (£28,333 FTE).
Job Type: Part time role working 22.5 hours per week
Assistant Accountant – The Role:
Dragon School seeks to appoint an Assistant Accountant (Fees). The role will be responsible for the Fees/Sales Ledger, including dealing with parents to ensure timely receipt of funds and ensuring that all fees and additional charges are included on school bills. They will maintain a tight control over fee debt within the school, ensuring appropriate action is taken to chase any overdue debt and escalate when required. They will also perform work around the school’s cashbook, understanding when payments have been made for fees. They need to ensure a professional attitude in dealing with invoicing and queries from parents as well as School Staff, particularly in relation to collating chargeable extra activities.
