Job Description
An excellent permanent opportunity is available with a leading banking institution based in Birmingham City Centre for a Head of Financial Crime Reputational Risk. The business offers an agile working policy.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding their customers and the bank from the reputational and financial damage associated with financial crime. You will be collaborating with our Financial Crime teams to promote purpose-led decision-making and protect the bank from the risks posed by financial crime.
Key Responsibilities:
Escalating and exercising robust decision-making for queries relating to financial crime risk, reputational risk, and ethical, social and environmental (ESE) risks
Assessing the risks posed by anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
Deputising for your leadership team in governance meetings, external engagements and with senior stakeholder management
The Head of Financial Crime Reputational Risk will have knowledge in AML, financial crime, reputational and ESE related risks. You'll have experience of making risk-based financial crime decisions for diverse customer and corporate scenarios.
