Job Description
Are you an experienced purchase ledger clerk looking for a new challenge?

Over the few weeks in your new role you’ll be stepping into a dynamic finance team, it’s a busy department so you’ll need to be able to get up to speed quickly and cope with the pace with a high volume of invoice processing where attention to detail skills are crucial.

Experience wise you’ll need to be confident with invoice processing as a minimum and have a solid understanding of purchase ledger. Whether that’s all you have so far or you’re more experienced with the whole process this is a varied AP role so will suit both levels.

As an individual you’ll bring energy and drive into the team having a positive attitude and approach to get the job done.

Based from the head office in Castle Donington you’ll work 37.5 hours a week with core hours between 9:30-3:30, largely office based you’ll benefit from 1 day of home-working as well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

THE ROLE

* Processing purchase ledger invoices

* Reconciling supplier statements

* Resolving queries in timely fashion

* Processing credit notes

* Expenses

REQUIREMENTS

* 1-2 years purchase ledger experience

* Confident with excel

* Strong attention to detail skills

* Comfortable with high volume invoice processing
