Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a top end retail group of four stores across the UK in the Group Finance Office in Torquay.
While learning in your day-to-day role, you will be given all the support and training needed to develop and grow your skills and capability. You will need basic finance / purchase ledger experience with the ability to learn quickly – they’re more interested in potential than “the finished article”.
Working as part of their friendly Finance team the work involves:
* Entering invoices/credits on to the computer system
* Scanning invoices to other stores for approval by store managers
* Approve invoices/credits on the computer system for payment
* Process payment runs
* Producing remittances and filing
* Liaise with suppliers regarding account queries
* Month end process and distribution of reports
Qualities required:
* Flexible and a good team-worker
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
* Self-reliant, able to act on own initiative
This is a permanent role working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Interviews will take place immediately
