Job Description
A new and exciting opportunity has come up for two candidates who interested in building a career in Wealth Management and wants to become an integral part of a fast paced, well-established, and growing business based in the East London area.

This is a training role where you will need to study towards a CII Diploma in Financial Planning. The company will fully support and fund exams and course work.

The Role

The successful candidate(s) will join a 12-month training programme where you will complete the CII Diploma in Financial Planning. You will

* Complete the Diploma in Financial Planning

*

Work alongside an experienced and Senior Adviser who will guide you along the way

*

Attend a variety of client meetings

*

Build relationship skills and technical skills

*

Support Adviser business plans and marketing initiatives

*

Work closely with the Paraplanning team

*

Speak & obtain information from various investment companies

*

One to one business development

*

Continuous professional development

*

Roadmap to becoming a Financial Adviser (12 months)

By the end of the 12 months training, you will be ready to take on the role of a fully qualified Financial Adviser. New Advisers are provided with meetings and will start to build their own client bank. You should expect to earn over £60k in year 2 and over £100k in year 3.

The starting salary for this is £24k and you would expect to earn £30k in year 1.
