Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08.30am-5pm
Salary: £20,000 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our rapidly growing company.
The Role – Sales Ledger Administrator:
The Sales Ledger Administrator will primarily utilise telephone and email communication to connect with clients around the world. As a result, the successful candidate will be comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls and emails, and confident speaking with clients of varied nationality and seniority.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing pro-forma invoices at the point of sale
Building relationships with clients
Handling queries and information requests
Maintaining regular contact through to successfully receiving payment.
Person Specification – Sales Ledger Administrator:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role
Highly organised
Keen eye for detail
Confident telephone manner and all-round communicator
High standard of written communication
Proactive and driven
IT proficient
