Job Description
Talk Staff are delighted to be partnering with a leading Private Equity backed business in Derbyshire to recruit a Financial Analyst. You will sit within the FP&A team and provide support to multiple stakeholders across Property, Operations, IT and Marketing.

The role would suit a fully qualified finance professional who is comfortable operating in a fast paced and demanding environment.

The role:

Increasing reporting efficiencies, delivering improvements to MI and performance tracking that can be rolled out across the business
Designing and delivering new business performance tracking and supporting the integration into the business
Managing financial models for periodic P&L reporting both for internal and PE databases alongside all exec deliverables 
Working with a dedicated accountant to produce P&Ls to the highest quality through booking journals and reviewing P&Ls
Liaising with Managers and Directors to support them on budgeting and reforecasting as required
Leading continuous improvements in financial process and controls across the Finance function
Qualifications and experience:

Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel and experience of working with large data sets
Attention to detail to capture any errors prior to distribution
Organised and able to plan effectively to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely on the telephone and in writing
Ability to build rapport and develop key relationships
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience + bonus

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
