Job Description
Accounts Assistant – Part Time role
Part Time Accounts Assistant role in busy service company based in Ferns Co Wexford. Reporting to the Financial Controller, Responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable: Using Sage 50 Accounts.
* Invoicing; Printing off invoices and matching with relevant PO’s for approval.
* When approved, post the invoices, posting to the ledger accounts only, no stock control.
* Frequent payment batches, weekly / monthly.
* Scanning
* Filing
Credit Card:
* Retrieving invoices
Bank Reconciliations:
* Reconciling card payments, that are processed through our online system and entered onto Sage.
Ad Hoc tasks
* Cover for Accounts Receivable when required
Role will suit:
* Accounting Technician qualified, Part Qualified will be considered if good experience.
* Min of 3 years book-keeping experience essential.
* Both Part Time and full time considered
* Good computer skills essential
* Good can do attitude and attention to detail essential
