Job Description
CMA Financial Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a fast paced, vibrant service provider, based on the outskirts of Petersfield, Hampshire. A Finance Assistant is being sourced to join the sizeable, friendly team. This is a career-enhancing opportunity and for the right candidate can offer future development. 

What will the Finance Assistant  role involve? 

Match and post high volume purchase ledger invoices to the system;
Raising purchase orders, goods receipt orders when applicable, and process corresponding invoices within the system;
Reconcile supplier statements;
Processing staff expenses;
Assist with Month End closing;
Assist in the payment of petty cash transactions;
Liaise with Budget Holders to ensure awareness of budget spend activity;
Ad hoc duties. 
Suitable Candidate:

An ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines;
An understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Good Excel skills and competency with Word and Outlook;
A flexible attitude and willingness to contribute.
