Job Description
Based in Bolton

The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional levels of service in respect of the handling of client instructions whilst adhering to FCA regulations and managing risk and working to strict service level agreements. Any experience of working in banking or the financial industry with client asset settlements (CASS) experience, would be an advantage, but not essential (training will be given).

You will have a proficient level of education, numerate with accurate data inputting skills with a good level of Microsoft Excel and Word skills and strong attention to detail, as you will be reconciling cash coming into the business and going out of client bank accounts.

Basic salary £20,000 plus annual bonus, 34 days holidays, non- contributory pension, free parking, and exceptional benefits

Candidate

* You will be highly numerate, have strong diligence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to problem solve and deal with complex queries.

* Able to work as part of a team with a positive attitude to learn quickly and develop within this role and make a positive contribution to both the team and company.

Duties

* Accurate processing of payments in accordance with SLAs.

* Prompt investigation and resolution of errors and discrepancies.

* Preparing daily client money reconciliation and monthly commission runs.

* Monitoring and management of debtors and creditors
