Job Description
Mortgage Administrators required for a leading financial advice organisation

As a Mortgage Administrator your role will involve:

Liaise with product providers to ensure all applications are received and completed, and attend to any outstanding requirements
Preparation and sending of documentation
Produce suitability letters for the Mortgage Advisor
Enter new cases onto the system and keep mortgage data up to date
Ensure acceptance terms and mortgage offers are received as promptly as possible, and check these against applications/illustrations
Submit applications with relevant Money Laundering requirements and any other supporting documentation
Link all incoming and outgoing documentation and correspondence onto client files in a timely manner, including all written and electronic communication, supporting evidence, conversations and emails with clients, and conversations with providers

To be considered for the Mortgage Administrator role you must have:

Have been in a similar role for at least 2 years, ideally working within a mortgage broker
Have good general knowledge of life and mortgage related products
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Be a confident communicator and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with others, delivering a consistently high level of service to clients
Mortgage qualifications are preferred but not essentialThis is a Remote working role however travel will be required once a month for a Team meeting in Bath.

Salary 20k – 24k
