Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Birmingham who are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be on a hybrid/remote basis and to be successful, you will have experience working in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
* Ensuring invoices are issued to clients in a timely manner
* Dealing with any invoicing queries from colleagues or clients
* Entering data relating to invoicing, including credit notes
* Processing and uploading invoices to the central accounts system
You will have:
* Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal)
* Excellent organisation and the ability to work independently
* Experience in a similar role
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues across all departments
