Job Description
Konnect Recruit are looking for an Accounts Assistant a to start for a property maintenance company on the outskirts of Maidstone to join their ever growing team.

Summary:

In this role you will be working alongside all roles within the company, from the PA to the Directors. You will be required to greet visitors in a polite and professional manner as well as answering telephone queries. Other admin duties will also be required.

Duties:

* Input purchase invoices

* Chasing outstanding invoices

* Deal with invoice queries

* CIS return

* General filing

Requirements:

* Well organised

* Ability to use initiative

* Punctual

* Computer literate

Full training will be provided
