Job Description

I am partnered with a Financial Services Organisation based in Leeds City Centre who are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for their existing team based in their brand new, state of the art offices!

The role will be to take inbound calls from existing customers and clients and resolve queries on their accounts whilst also communicating via email. You will be understanding the root cause of any queries, escalating when necessary to other departments as well as writing up correspondence to update customers/clients on their account.

This is a Monday-Friday role, 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch! You will receive a basic salary of £22,000 Per Annum, however you will be able to complete a recognised course within the Financial Services industry where you can uplift your salary to £23,500.

What will you be doing in your new role?
* Acting as first point of contact for all Inbound calls and emails
* Following set compliance and GDPR processes at all times
* Understanding customer & client queries and offering resolutions
* At times, escalating issues to other departments to determine the root cause
* Updating internal systems with real time information
* Preparing correspondence to customers and clients with updates on their accounts
* And providing excellent customer service at all times.

Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience within Customer Service
* Experience within the Financial Services industry would be an advantage
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* The willingness to learn and develop on core skills
* Be motivated and resilient to go the extra mile

* A basic salary of £22,000 Per Annum
