Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join a fast growing and dynamic organisation, on a permanent basis in their Reading Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting business, working closely with the Head of Finance and senior partners, as they continue to pioneer cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
Propose and deliver automation of processes
Report on financial performance for senior management reviews
Business partnering support to Department Heads
Opportunity to work on exciting R&D projects as Finance Support
Assist with international expansion planning
Support the Head of Finance and CEO with raising future investment funds, including managing investor relations
Guide the internal cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Work closely with the accounting team to prepare monthly accruals, prepayments, and similar accounting entries and ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with Year-End Audit & Taxation
Support internal audit controls managementSkills and Experience:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
BA/BSc or equivalent
An understanding of financial fundamentals/terminology
Strong numerical and analytical ability
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation and persuasion
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office
