Finance Administrator Job in Cambridge

Job Description
We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading not for profit organisation based in the heart of Cambridge as they seek to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team. This role is being recruited on a part time basis, working between 20-25 hours per week, and would be split between home and the office, with only needing to be in the office once per week.

As the Finance Administrator, you will report into the Financial Accountant and work closely alongside the Assistant Accountant. You will be tasked with the following responsibilities: 
– Management of new suppliers and clients
– Assisting with payment runs
– Processing employee expenses
– Managing the accounts inbox
– Additional ad hoc duties as per the full job spec

As the incoming Finance Administrator, you will ideally possess experience working within a transactional accounts role and be part or fully AAT qualified or equivalent. You will also have a positive attitude to learning and development, as well as excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills are paramount to being successful in this role.
