Job Description
Finance Administrator (Hybrid) – £24k – £28k + benefits
Our client is a well-established production company based near Pontefract, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to be based at their office in South Kirkby near Pontefract.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Invoice Finance Figures
* Invoice Finance Headroom control sheet
* Daily invoices and distribute to customer, unload Customer Portal
* Frozen releases
* Telephone/email chasing of debts and responding to queries.
* Post remittances received on Finance System and Credit control notes
* Raise credits
* Daily distribution to customer regarding daily despatches
* Monitor Daily bank transactions, update relevant files.
* Sales Reconciliation
* Bank Rec, including DD/non-Sales ledger cash rec/manual payments.
* Debtors’ reports, including un-insured
* Credit control Notes
* Debtors meeting prep
* Customer statements via email.
* Credit Checks
* Monitoring of specified customer balances.
* Assist Purchase Ledger invoice input.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm with 45 minutes for lunch
Opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week if required
