Job Description
Accounts Receivable Assistant

This is a brand-new role for a vibrant, growing organisation based near St Albans.
The Role
* Invoicing – invoice all dispatched delivery notes and resolve all queries
* Banking – log all incoming payments daily
* Manage Overrides – manage credit limits to ensure shipments are processed efficiently
* Month/half year/ year end month end reconciliations
* Bank transfers
* New customer background checks
* Prepayments – Check all payments for pre-payment customers
* Refunds – obtain and process correct documentation for customer refunds
* Credit notes – Process credit notes relating to supplier returns
About You;
* 12 months experience within a similar position
