Sales Ledger Assistant – Maldon

Adecco Chelmsford are currently recruiting a Sale Ledger Assistant for one of our friendly and well-established clients based in Maldon. As Sales Ledger Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Ledger Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the accounts.

Responsibilities –

Producing the month and year-end reports with analysis
Reconciliation and management of a designated section of sundry and export accounts
Chasing of outstanding Debt
Managing the production of the month and year-end reports
Ability to obtain payment from customers with a firm and confident manner
Producing direct debit collectionsRequirements –

Proven experience of working within a sales ledger environment
Ability to work within a team and individually
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to communicate to different levels of the company
Strong computer skills involving Microsoft Word and Excel
Confident in answering incoming phone callsType: Permanent

Location: Maldon

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: Competitive (dependent on experience)
