I'm working with my client in recruiting an Assistant Financial Controller to join their Accountancy team in Crawley

Description

Preparing and publishing internal financial documents that provide clear information and support decision making
Supporting month end process
Provide monthly analysis and insight for reporting
Ability to challenge discrepancies, investigate underlying issues and propose alternatives
Build strong and robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business
Providing a backup to the Financial Controller to support bank payments, payroll (weekly and monthly)Profile

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Strong MS Excel skills
Maybe working towards an Accountancy Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Initiative to identify process changes as required and ability to ensure change is implemented
Attitude of striving for continuous improvement throughout the Finance TeamJob Offer
