Finance Payment Assistant

Salary: £24,868 – 37 hours per week (pro rata £20,163 – 30 hours per week)

We are looking for a Finance Payments Assistant to join us. Ideally, we would like you to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but we would also consider shorter days, working 30 hours per week across five days.

Your focus will be on accounts payable, processing supplier invoices, ensuring they are approved and paid within the required payment terms. Other responsibilities include processing staff expenses and mileage claims and maintaining accurate supplier records. You will regularly communicate with external suppliers, and with internal customers throughout Saxon Weald, answering their queries and providing them with great customer service.
