Credit Controller Job in Saint Neots, Cambridgeshire
Job Description
Our client based in St Neots is looking for a Credit Controller.
The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing customer accounts. Direct communication with customers chasing
payment and resolving payment issues.
The main duties for Credit Controller include:
• Chase debt beyond agreed terms
• To liaise internally and externally to ensure queries have been resolved in a timely manner
• Prepare and despatch monthly statements to customers
• Resolve any customer queries involving the operations department where necessary
• Issue chasing letters for overdue accounts and in-line with company policy
• Produce weekly and monthly debtor reports
The ideal Credit Controller will need:
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a credit control function
• Sage accounts experience preferable
The Credit Controller will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
The salary for Credit Controller £27,000.
