Our Client is looking for a temporary Credit controller to join them immediately to assist with the day to day management of overdue accounts.

Working within a large organisation in lovely modern offices you will work in a team of Credit Controllers, across a ledger of accounts where you will manage the day to day chasing of the payments

Duties will include:

* Contacting Customers by phone, letter, and email in accordance with company policies

* Daily allocations of cash to accounts

* Record all action taken on accounts using a Debt Management system

* Work towards targets for Cash collections to reduce outstanding debt exposure

* Reconciling of accounts to ensure statements produced are accurate and cash / credit notes are posted correctly

* Log financial queries and disputes relating to invoices and debit notes

* Build strong relationships with Customers

* Identify potential problems on accounts

To be considered for this role you will need to be immediately available and ready to start ASAP.

You will also need some previous experience in a Credit Control or collections role
