Job Description
My client in Elland due to expansion is looking for 2 credit controllers to come on board and join their rewarding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that really looks after its staff. These roles will not be available very long so if you're interested please get in touch asap today.

Your duties will include:

* Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts for you own ledger of customers

* Work closely with all departments across the group to resolve issues

* The use of customer portals to obtain information and submit invoices

* Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity, including diarising of all customer correspondence, using the diary and task system

* Monthly reconciliation of accounts

* Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries

* Processing credit card payments

* Meet KPI’s set by the line manager

* Deal with incoming e-mails across multiple mailboxes

* Following the company’s debt collection processes for escalated unpaid balances

Qualities:

* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

* Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

* High standard of numeracy and accuracy with attention to detail

* Reliable, conscientious, and structured

* A team player with a flexible approach and willingness to learn

* A pleasant and confident telephone manner

* Strong organisational & time management skills

* Use initiative and be pro-active to achieve goals
