Job Description
Are you an experienced Cost Clerk looking for your next opportunity to join a leading Civils Company?

The Client is a privately-owned company and leading supplier of safety and construction products and services.

Responsibilities:

Matching of Invoices

Liaising with Accounts Team to complete matching of invoices whilst meeting time constraints.
Dealing with any queries when invoices don't match to system GRNs by forwarding over to corresponding departments to avoid any further impacts on supplier relationships.
Flagging any unmatched GRNs with relevant information directly to managementSystems, Process & Quality

Offering a consistent level of high quality customer service
Working with Financial Team to help with scheduled audits and ad hoc/project requests
Offering constructive feedback to management to assist continuous improvement in the business

Specification:

Essential to role

Prior experience in cost clerk roles
MUST be familiar with purchase ledger processes
Proficient organisational and administrative skills to help meet deadlines and complete tasks to a high standard
UK Driving LicenseDesirable to role

Prior experience as purchase ledger/cost clerk role in the Construction industry (preferred)
Prior experience in Redsky (Summit) or similar integrated Financial/Business systems
