Job Description
Optimise By Recruitment is excited to be working alongside one of the biggest insurance brokers in the UK. The company provides insurance solutions for organisations of all shapes and sizes, from start-ups to SMEs through to larger corporate risks. With 45 offices in the UK, the company is going from strength to strength and are now looking for an Account Executive to join their team.
Responsible for the Client Relationship, maximise revenues, whilst ensuring the provision of exceptional service delivery, provide Insurance advice, develop solutions and gather necessary client information. Involves developing & maintaining strong relationships with clients, Monitoring and driving performance to achieve results.
Duties will include, but are not be limited to:
Client Relationship
* Building and maintaining relationships with Clients
* Monitoring client feedback and needs.
* Developing account strategies and plans to increase satisfaction and client retention.
* Ensuring quality customer service by establishing and implementing policies and procedures, claims service & involvement with resolving customer complaints or service issues.
Account Development
* Promoting the business and partnership services to generate increased revenue.
* Seizing and creating cross-selling opportunities of Company products and services to generate increased revenue for the business.
* Driving revenue through retention of clients and obtaining new clients
* Reviewing the cost to serve and maintaining client service on an economic basis
Operational
* Producing accurate forecasting and feedback on actual performance against target in timescales requested including monitoring performance against own budget and overall business plan.
* Evaluating the efficiency of operations and contributing via feedback to aid process improvements as required
* Checking and ensuring compliance with internal systems and FCA requirements
* Documenting information, meetings and providing appropriate information to the client service team to action including contributing, checking and presentation of accurate reports for new and existing clients
* Responsibility for premium collection, agreeing terms with client in accordance with Chesham accounting procedures
