Bury

£20,000 – £25,000 DOE

We are working with a key client in Bury to recruit an AAT studier to join their accounts department at their office in Bury. You will be reporting in to the Head of Financial Accounts, working in a small and productive accounts team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about a career in accounting and looking to study further, which they will provide support with.

You key duties will be:

* Responsible for maintaining and updating the sales/purchase ledgers

* Analysis of profit and loss variances Invoice processing

* Invoice Processing

* Processing expense requests

* Assisting with credit control duties

* Preparation for month end processes

* Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations

* Ad hoc reports and analysis work

* Ad hoc project support

Skills/Experience needed:

* Studying towards AAT

* Strong analytical skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages – Including Excel
