Senior Pricing Strategy Manager – Leeds/Hybrid – J12363

We have a new high profile and challenging opportunity to join the Mortgages Pricing Transformation team to support the strategic objectives of the mortgage business. As a Senior Strategic Pricing Manager, you'll play a vital role in building a team to deliver new analytics capabilities and strategies to support profit optimisation.

You'll be responsible for
• Crafting the direction of strategic pricing and delivery of new capabilities.
• Strategic review of the end-to-end pricing process to improve operational efficiency
• Utilisation of sophisticated data science and technology to improve price modelling and execution.
• Finding opportunities for and championing pricing transformation to deliver improved commercial and customer outcomes.

What they're looking for?
• Strong background in pricing analysis / model development, simplification and optimisation using a wide range of analytical tools in financial service sector.
• Ability to apply a structured approach to problem solving, reliably prioritising backlogs to deliver value.
• Experience in design, testing and deployment of new pricing capabilities or business processes.
• Strong and credible communicator with an ability to work across a variety of teams
