Role:                            Senior Energy Analyst

Location:                      London (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

Salary:                         up to £30k DOE

Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Energy Analyst to join our client, a B2B Energy Services Company.  As a member of the Client Services team, you will be providing support to corporate energy consumers accounts (Fixed and Flex) in the UK and Ireland, ensuring a high-quality service. The successful applicant will have B2B energy industry experience in a similar role, will be analytically minded and proficient in Microsoft Excel.  If you are a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, apply today!

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with client queries in line with service level agreements
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers
Contract set-up and process management
Multisite queries / COTs / data collection / data analysis
Ensure relevant CRM platforms are kept updated
Assisting with other ad-hoc work that is required by the wider teamSkills and experience required: 

Experience in the energy industry is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in a similar role is desirable
Sales Force experience highly desirable
Excellent team working skills with the ability to communicate at different levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to use your own initiative 
Able to work within a dynamic environment with good attention to detail
